Regardless of whether or not
an entrant is selected for the competition, materials
submitted will not be returned, but kept for documentation
purposes in the Festival archives. |

Con l’iscrizione al Festival ogni singolo autore o produttore risponde del contenuto delle sue opere, dichiara di aver assolto tutti i diritti d’autore verso terzi e concede esplicita autorizzazione all’uso del materiale musicale e visivo.
All’interno dei telegiornali e delle trasmissioni televisive e per ogni attività di promozione e comunicazione del Festival, MILANO DOC FESTIVAL potrà inoltre utilizzare brevi sequenze o immagini tratte dell’opera.
Il detentore dei diritti autorizza inoltre gratuitamente, ulteriori proiezioni dell’opera senza fini di lucro.
By entering the Festival, each individual filmmaker or producer is responsible for the content of his work, declares to have transferred all author’s rights to a third party, and explicitly grants authorisation for use of musical and visual material submitted.
MILANO DOC FESTIVAL may also show short clips or images from submitted entries on television news, television broadcasts and in all promotion and communications related to the Festival.
Holders of author’s rights also authorize further showings of their works, gratis, for non-profit purposes. |

Il sottoscrittore si fa carico della veridicità dei dati contenuti che, in caso di selezione, verranno utilizzati nei materiali di promozione e comunicazione del Festival (catalogo, sito internet, comunicazioni alla stampa, ecc.). Per suddetti materiali verranno altresì richiesti, per i filmati selezionati, due foto relative all'opera (jpeg 300 dpi).
The subscriber declares that all the submitted information are true and allows their use for promotional and communication purposes related to the Festival (catalogue, web site, press releases, etc.). Subscribers will also be requested to send two pictures related to their film if admitted to the competition (jpeg 300 dpi). |
